●閥桿保護罩套管：避免閥桿受到外部異物噴射 Valve rod protective cover sleeve: prevent the valve rod from being sprayed by external foreign matters

閥座結構 Valve seat structure

雙向密封 Two way seal ：加強型閥座，閥座具有補償性，閥座與閘板始終貼合，可應用于反裝的工況 retz品牌 Reinforced valve seat, the valve seat is compensatory, and the valve seat and gate always fit together, which can be applied to the working condition of reverse installation

單向密封 One way seal： 膨脹式閥座，模壓成型橡膠密封圈由金屬環膨脹固定，無漏點且更換方便 Molded rubber seal ring is fixed by metal ring expansion, without leakage and easy to replace

更換閥座 Replace the valve seat

A、移除支架板與閥桿，取出閘板 Remove the support plate and valve rod, and take out the ram

B、用螺絲刀將舊支撐環取出 Take out the old support ring with a screwdriver

C、移除鋼圈與舊橡膠圈并清洗原位 Remove the steel ring and old rubber ring and clean them in place

D、裝入新閥座 Install new valve seat

E、裝入閥座鋼圈，并用錘子在內環各個位置小心敲打使之到位 Install the valve seat steel ring, and use a hammer to knock it carefully at each position of the inner ring to make it in place

F、放入閘板，裝入填料 Put in ram and fill

G、放上填料壓蓋，擰緊螺絲 Put on the packing gland and tighten the screws

更換填料 Replace packing

1、移除支架板與閥桿 Remove the support plate and valve stem

2、擰開填料螺母，取下填料壓蓋 Unscrew the packing nut and remove the packing gland

3、取出舊填料并清理填料函內部 Remove the old packing and clean the inside of the stuffing box

4、裝入新填料并壓實內部 Load new fill and compact inside

5、放上壓蓋并緊好螺絲 Put on the gland and tighten the screws

閥門位置 Valve position

刀閘閥可安裝在不同方向但我們建議用其中最好的幾種 Knife gate valves can be installed in different directions, but we recommend the best ones

安裝的方向 Installation direction                                                    

刀閘閥只能單向安裝，請使用者勿必按箭頭方向安裝 The knife gate valve can only be installed in one direction. The user is not required to install it in the direction of the arrow

管端安裝 Pipe end installation

管端安裝時要用對夾連接 The pipe end shall be connected with a pair of clamps during installation

閥門支架 Valve support

如操縱系統太重應橫向安裝或傾斜安裝并加支架 If the control system is too heavy, it should be installed laterally or obliquely and supported
