一、液壓油 Hydraulic oil

推薦采用高品質的礦物油基液壓油，符合DIN51524標準中規定的H-LP油液。在50℃時，粘度應為25至50mm2/s，溫度范圍-10至70℃  It is recommended to use high-quality mineral oil-based hydraulic oil, which meets the h-lp oil specified in din51524 standard. At 50 ℃, the viscosity should be 25 to 50mm 2/ s. Temperature range -10 to 70 ℃

三、過濾與油管配置 Filtration and tubing configuration

推薦采用為不同的使用場合安裝方式生產的回油過濾器或壓力油過濾器。應盡量避免使用吸油過濾器，特別是對快速響應的泵。吸油口可使用100目（149μm）濾網，濾網尺寸須大于吸口2倍以下。為達到最好的過濾效果，旁路過濾是最好的選擇。It is recommended to use return oil filter or pressure oil filter produced for different application occasions. 水平安裝 Horizontal installation

吸油口和壓力油口在側面，泄漏油口朝上，或者軸轉90度，壓力油口朝上，吸油口朝下。絕對不能反過來，因為泄漏油口必須總是位于盡可能高的位置上。垂直安裝∶軸朝上。The oil suction port and pressure oil port are on the side, and the leakage oil port is upward, or the shaft rotates 90 degrees, and the pressure oil port is upward and the oil suction port is downward. 四、傳動 Transmission

泵的軸和電機的軸必須在0.25mm T.1.R.公差范圍內同軸線，最大允許角度誤差小于0.2度。應該使用帶間隙誤差補償的回轉柔性聯軸器。必須遵守聯軸器生產廠家的安裝規定。The shaft of pump and motor must be within 0.25mm t.1 R. Within the tolerance range, the maximum allowable angle error of coaxial line is less than 0.2 degrees. Rotary flexible couplings with clearance error compensation should be used. The installation regulations of the coupling manufacturer must be observed.

當傳動引起泵軸的經向載荷時必須與廠家磋商。泵軸的軸向載荷是不允許的 When the transmission causes the meridional load of the pump shaft, the manufacturer must be consulted. Axial load of pump shaft is not allowed

五、啟動 start-up
