性能特點 Performance characteristics

1.密封性能：球芯和閥座配對研磨，貼合度極高，密封優(yōu)良。因球閥開關(guān)時有刮板作用，不易發(fā)生卡阻泄漏現(xiàn)象.

2.耐磨性能，耐腐蝕性能：球芯和閥座均采用高硬度、高性能的氧化鋁陶瓷，耐磨性和耐腐蝕性特佳，球芯和閥座不容易因磨損和腐蝕導(dǎo)至密封失效，密封壽命長達(dá)10萬次以上

3.啟閉扭矩：1、球芯和閥座配對研磨，貼合度極高，需很小作用力就可以達(dá)到密封要求；2、球芯和密封座結(jié)構(gòu)及減背壓技術(shù). 上述兩點直接的結(jié)果是球閥的啟閉扭矩遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于傳統(tǒng)球閥，僅為傳統(tǒng)球閥的1/4.

功能模式與配線圖說明 Description of function mode and wiring diagram

1.普通二線模式（默認(rèn)款）說明：過轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)或中間繼電器改變電流方向控制電機來驅(qū)動球閥的開和關(guān)，控制線為兩芯線。（顛倒正負(fù)極，或稱正反轉(zhuǎn)）Description of common two-wire mode (default): change the current direction through the transfer switch or intermediate relay to control the motor to drive the opening and closing of the ball valve. The control wire is two-core wire. (Reverse the positive and negative poles, or positive and negative)

SW與OPEN短接，電動球閥打開，到位后并保持 Short circuit between SW and OPEN, open the electric ball valve, and keep it in place

SW與CLOSE短接，電動球閥關(guān)閉，到位后并保持 SW and CLOSE are short-circuited, and the electric ball valve is closed and maintained in place

適用于DC6V、DC12V、DC24V球閥。SW為雙聯(lián)開關(guān) Applicable to DC6V, DC12V and DC24V ball valves. SW is a duplex switch

2.斷電復(fù)位·二線模式 （僅DN20-DN25）說明：功能相當(dāng)于電磁閥，常開或常閉，二線斷電自動復(fù)位，啟閉到位電機即斷電。（常閉型：通電開，斷電關(guān)；常開型：通電關(guān)，斷電開），因為是電容充電，所以建議先充電15分鐘以上再使用 Power off reset · two-wire mode (only DN20-DN25) description: the function is equivalent to the solenoid valve, normally open or normally closed. The two-wire power off automatically resets, and the motor is powered off when it is opened or closed in place. 5.交流220V三線模式 說明：電源控制線為三芯線，接入電壓為AC220V，其中N、L1兩端接220V電壓，電動球閥打開；N、L2兩端接220V電壓，電動球閥關(guān)閉 Description of AC 220V three-wire mode: the power control line is three-core wire, and the access voltage is AC220V, where N and L1 are connected with 220V voltage, and the electric ball valve is opened; 220V voltage is connected at both ends of N and L2, and the electric ball valve is closed

6.二線/帶位置反饋信號DC24V  說明：電源控制線為兩芯線，位置反饋信號線為三芯線（又稱五線控制），球閥開關(guān)到位后分別可以輸出無源信號，適用于DC24V電動球閥 Two-wire/DC24V with position feedback signal Description: the power control line is two-core wire, and the position feedback signal line is three-core wire (also known as five-wire control).
