1.整體采用高強度45# 制成，由兩個在端面上開有凹槽的半聯軸器和一個兩面帶有凸牙的中間盤組成。因凸牙可在凹槽中滑動,故可補償安裝及運轉時兩軸間的相對位移

The whole body is made of high-strength 45 # and consists of two half couplings with grooves on the end face and an intermediate disk with protruding teeth on both sides. Because the convex teeth can slide in the groove, it can compensate for the relative displacement between the two shafts during installation and operation

2.滑塊聯軸器屬于可移式剛性聯軸器，適應于伺服電機,步進電機，轉速較低,傳遞轉矩較大的傳動

The slider coupling is a movable rigid coupling that is suitable for transmission of servo motors and stepper motors with low rotational speed and large transmission torque

4.滑塊聯軸器的主要特點是允許兩軸有較大的徑向位移，并允許有不大的角位移和軸向位移，由于滑塊偏心運動產生離心力，使用這種聯軸器不適宜于高速下運動 The main feature of a slider coupling is that it allows large radial displacement of both shafts, as well as small angular and axial displacement. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric movement of the slider, using this type of coupling is not suitable for high-speed movement
