1.主要有三大部分組成：1.測(cè)量管體；2.錐形浮子；3.指示器，它可用來測(cè)量液體、氣體以及蒸汽的流量，特別適宜低流速小流量的介質(zhì)流量測(cè)量 It mainly consists of three parts: 1. Measuring tube body; 2. Conical float; 3. Indicator, which can be used to measure the flow of liquid, gas, and steam, especially suitable for medium flow measurement with low flow rate and small flow rate

2.浮子的位移量與流量大小成正比，通過磁耦合系統(tǒng)，以不接觸方式，將浮子位移量傳給指示器指出流量大小 The displacement of the float is proportional to the flow rate. Through a magnetic coupling system, the float displacement is transmitted to the indicator in a non-contact manner to indicate the flow rate

安裝示意圖

1.安裝操作之前，應(yīng)拆卸所有包裝，取出運(yùn)輸中固定浮子的部件，并檢查有無損壞 

2.安裝到工藝管道之前，將管道里的焊渣清洗干凈，防止管道中雜質(zhì)堵塞儀表，影響正常使用。

3.為了保證測(cè)量精度，推薦在流量計(jì)上游安裝5DN的入口直管段，下游安裝250mm出口直管段。

4.流量計(jì)有垂直安裝和水平安裝形式，如果是垂直安裝形式安裝垂直度應(yīng)該保證優(yōu)于1%，如果是水平安裝形式，安裝垂直度和水平度都應(yīng)該保證優(yōu)于1%。

5.若介質(zhì)中含有固體雜質(zhì)，應(yīng)在閥門和直管段間加裝過濾器；若介質(zhì)中含有鐵磁物質(zhì)，應(yīng)在流量計(jì)上游安裝磁過濾器。

6.由于金屬管浮子流量計(jì)安裝一個(gè)磁遠(yuǎn)傳系統(tǒng)，要確保周圍其他設(shè)備產(chǎn)生的磁場(chǎng)不影響測(cè)量結(jié)果。

7.安裝在管道中的儀表不應(yīng)受到壓力的作用，儀表的出入口應(yīng)有合適的管道支撐，使儀表處于最小的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)。

8.低溫介質(zhì)測(cè)量時(shí)，需選夾套型。
