進口電磁流量計 原理及用途Principle and purpose
1.電池供電電磁流量計由傳感器和轉(zhuǎn)換器兩部分構(gòu)成。它是基于法拉第電磁感應(yīng)定律工作的,用來測量電導(dǎo)率大于5μS/cm導(dǎo)電液體的體積流量,是一種測量導(dǎo)電介質(zhì)體積流量的感應(yīng)式儀表。除可測量一般導(dǎo)電液體的體積流量外,還可用于測量強酸強堿等強腐蝕液體和泥漿、礦漿、紙漿等均勻的液固兩相懸浮液體的體積流量

2.必須存在磁場 Magnetic field must be present
勵磁電流流經(jīng)測量管上下勵磁線圈產(chǎn)生磁場。勵磁線圈斷路,流量計不工作,勵磁電流穩(wěn)定性直接影響儀表測量 The excitation current flows through the upper and lower excitation coils of the measuring tube to generate a magnetic field. 安裝指導(dǎo) Installation instructions
電池供電電磁流量計安裝調(diào)試要求
1.傳感器上箭頭方向必須與實際流量方向一致,如反向安裝,轉(zhuǎn)換器菜單中流動方向一項必須更正。
2.必須保證滿管測量狀態(tài)
3.前后直管段的要求,注意前后直管段從電極處開始計算。
電池供電電磁流量計的安裝要求無干擾:
傳感器必須良好的接地:給信號源參考零電位,使被測介質(zhì)與大地相連通,安全性要求(如雷擊),抗外界干擾。注:轉(zhuǎn)換器部分已通過電纜線接地,無須再行接地,以免因電位不同而引入干擾;
避免外界磁場干擾;
避免劇烈振動;
法蘭面差距小于0.5mm
