進口分體式電磁流量計 原理及用途Principle and purpose
渦街流量計是根據(jù)卡門(Karman)渦街原理研究生產(chǎn)的測量氣體、蒸汽或液體的體積流量、標(biāo)況的體積流量或質(zhì)量流量的體積流量計。主要用于工業(yè)管道介質(zhì)流體的流量測量,如氣體、液體、蒸汽等多種介質(zhì),也可測量含有微小顆粒、雜質(zhì)的渾濁液體,廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、制藥、造紙、冶金、電力、環(huán)保、食品等行業(yè)。
Vortex flow meter is a volume flow meter that measures the volume flow rate, standard volume flow rate, or mass flow rate of gas, steam, or liquid based on the Karman vortex flow principle. Mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline medium fluids, such as gases, liquids, steam, and other media. It can also measure turbid liquids containing small particles and impurities, and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, and food.

安裝指導(dǎo) Installation instructions
安裝場所和環(huán)境選擇
盡量避開強電力設(shè)備、高頻變頻設(shè)備、強電源開關(guān)設(shè)備;
盡量避開高溫?zé)嵩础⑤椛錈嵩从绊懀皇彝獍惭b應(yīng)做好遮陽防雨措施;
盡量避開振動場所和強腐蝕環(huán)境等;同時要考慮安裝維修方便;
2.合理正確的安裝位置
安裝位置盡量避免選擇振動較強的管道,否則必須采取減振措施,如加裝減震短節(jié)等;
流量計可水平、垂直、傾斜安裝。測量液體時,必須保證流體由低處向高處流動;
測量氣體時,流向不限;
測量蒸汽或者高溫氣體時,表體支柱盡量與豎直方向成45°安裝;
3.直管段要求
為了準(zhǔn)確測量,流量計的上、下游必須留有足夠的直管段,上游不應(yīng)有影響流體流速分布的部件
4.接地要求
流量計安裝時表體應(yīng)可靠接地,若現(xiàn)場管道不具備接地條件,應(yīng)單獨做一根可靠地線與儀表外殼接地端相連。
