進口孔板流量計原理及用途Principle and purpose
孔板流量計是將標準孔板與多參量差壓變送器(或差壓變送、溫度變送器及壓力變送器)配套組成的高量程比差壓流量,充滿管道的流體流程管道內的節流裝置,在節流件附近邊成局部收縮,流速增加,在其上、下游兩側產生靜壓力差(如圖)。在已知有關參數的條件下,根據流動連續件原理和伯努利方程可以推異出辨壓與流量之間的關系(流量愈大,所產生的壓差愈大)而求得流量。
Orifice plate flowmeter is a high range ratio differential pressure flow device composed of a standard orifice plate and a multi-parameter differential pressure transmitter (or differential pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, and pressure transmitter). The throttling device in the fluid flow pipeline that is filled with the pipeline locally contracts near the throttling component, increases the flow rate, and generates a static pressure difference on both upstream and downstream sides (as shown in Figure 1). Under the condition that relevant parameters are known, the relationship between differential pressure and flow rate can be inferred based on the principle of flow continuity and Bernoulli equation (the larger the flow rate, the greater the pressure difference generated) to obtain the flow rate.

安裝指導 Installation instructions
1.孔板安裝前應仔細核對標準孔板的編號、位號、規格是否與管道情況、流量范圍等參數相符。
2.新設管路系統,必須先經沖洗、掃線后再安裝孔板,以防管內雜物堵塞或損傷孔板,
3.孔板的中心應當與管道中心同軸,同軸度誤差不得超過±【0.015*(1/β)-0.015】。并且節流端平面應當與管道的垂直,誤差不得超過±1°。
4.孔板安裝時,墊片夾緊后不得突入管道內壁。
5.孔板安裝處必須嚴密,不允許有泄漏現象。安裝后,進行試壓
6.導壓管應垂直或傾斜敷設,其便斜度不得小于1:12。粘度較高的流體傾斜度還應增大。當差壓訊號傳送距離超過3米時,導壓管應當分段傾斜,并在各最高點和最低點分別安裝集氣器和沉降器。
7.在孔板流量計前后若需安裝閥門,最好選閘閥且在運行中全開;調節閥則應在下游5DN之后的管路中。
8.引壓管路應有牢固的支架托承,兩根取壓管路應盡可能互相靠近并遠離熱源或震動源,測量水蒸汽流量時,應用保溫材料一同包扎,必要時(如氣溫0℃以下)加伴熱管防止結冰。在測量臟污流量時,應附設隔離器或沉降器
9.測量液體流量時引壓管水平段應在同一水平面內。若是在垂直管道上安裝節流件,引壓短管之間相距一定的距離(垂線方向),這對差壓變送器的零點有影響,應通過“零點遷移”來校正。
10.引壓管路的內徑與管路長度和介質臟污程度有關,通常在45米以內用內徑為8-12mm的管子
11.引壓管路內必須始終保持單相流體狀態。被測流體是氣體時,引壓管路(包括差壓計的壓力腔)內全部是氣相;被測流體是液體時,引壓管路內全部是液相,絕對不能有氣泡。為此應在引壓管路的最低點裝排水閥或在最高點裝排氣閥,在新裝或檢修差壓變送器時時應特別注意。
12.孔板在垂直管道上安裝時,肌壓口位置可以在肌壓裝置的平面上任章選擇,當孔板水平或順斜安裝在主管道內時,即壓口位置如圖所示。
13.節流裝置上、下游側要保證一定長度的直管段,具體要求見表:

技術要求
1.差壓計裝在節流裝置下方,沉降器是可選項。
2.向隔離器中充灌液體時,應先灌密度較大的液體
3.馬奧液體的起始液面是充灌液體必須達到的液面,以便保證隔離液有足夠的儲備量。
4.隔離液終結液面是重新充灌陷離液體時的液面。
5.如果被測液體可能析出沉淀物時,建議安裝沉降器。
