內(nèi)螺紋平衡閥在開度≥50%時，誤差不得大于±5%；10%≤開度≤50%時，誤差不得大于±10%。故在產(chǎn)品選型時，建議設(shè)計流量下閥門開度大于50%為宜，同時為保證現(xiàn)場調(diào)試余量，閥門盡量設(shè)置在75%開度左右RETZ When the opening of static balance valve is ≥ 50%, the error shall not be greater than ± 5%; When 10% ≤ opening ≤ 50%, the error shall not be greater than ± 10%. Therefore, during product selection, it is suggested that the valve opening should be greater than 50% under the design flow. 安裝說明 Installation instructions

內(nèi)螺紋平衡閥安裝前應(yīng)確保系統(tǒng)內(nèi)無雜物，請注意介質(zhì)的流向與閥體上的流向標(biāo)記一致，一般安裝于系統(tǒng)的回水管，當(dāng)與動態(tài)壓差平衡閥配套使用時，安裝于供水管。通常與彎頭或水泵連接時，需要保持一定的直管段安裝距離；當(dāng)與彎頭連接時，遵循閥前5d，閥后2d原則；當(dāng)與水泵連接時，遵循10d原則RETZ Before installing the static balance valve, ensure that there are no sundries in the system. Please note that the flow direction of the medium is consistent with the flow direction mark on the valve body. It is generally installed in the return pipe of the system. When it is used with the dynamic differential pressure balance valve, it is installed in the water supply pipe. Generally, when connecting with elbow or water pump, a certain installation distance of straight pipe section shall be maintained; When connected with the elbow, follow the principle of 5D in front of the valve and 2D behind the valve; When connected with the water pump, follow the 10d principle.
