防腐襯膠隔膜閥的結構為僅隔膜和閥體與流體接觸。隔膜的一個作用是將驅動部結構與流體隔離開,另一個作用在于阻斷流體,通過在閥體內面的密封部將隔膜頂住或松開來進行流體控制 RETZ structure of the anti-corrosion rubber lined diaphragm valve is that only the diaphragm and the valve body are in contact with the fluid. 1.氣密性優異 Excellent air tightness
驅動部通過隔膜隔離,因此無球閥、蝶閥之類的填料壓蓋部,無外部泄漏或外界空氣進入污染流體 The driving part is isolated by diaphragm, so there is no packing gland part such as ball valve and butterfly valve, and there is no external leakage or external air entering the polluted fluid
2.閥座零泄漏 Zero leakage of valve seat
可撓性隔膜將流體隔斷,因此閥座無泄漏 The flexible diaphragm blocks the fluid, so the valve seat has no leakage
