堰式隔膜閥：閥體內有一個屋脊形的隆起，隔膜與閥瓣接觸，閥桿上、下運動并且通過閥瓣帶動隔膜與屋脊接觸以達到隔斷通道的目的。隔膜與尾脊不接觸時具有一定節流作用，行程短對隔膜撓變要求較低，無淤積介質的死角  Weir diaphragm valve: there is a ridge shaped ridge in the valve body. 直流式隔膜閥：具有直流式截止閥和隔膜閥的特點。閥座與閥瓣密封，閥瓣上端有隔膜作為中法蘭密封和填料密封，又起隔開閥體和閥蓋作用，閥蓋部分不接觸介質。具有較高的承載能力和密封性能，流體流量呈線性，流通能力好，流阻小。但是結構復雜成本高，管道上安裝需要考慮手輪特殊方向的擦做空間 Direct flow diaphragm valve: it has the characteristics of direct flow stop valve and diaphragm valve.
