結(jié)構(gòu) Structure

堰式隔膜閥：閥體內(nèi)有一個屋脊形的隆起，隔膜與閥瓣接觸，閥桿上、下運動并且通過閥瓣帶動隔膜與屋脊接觸以達(dá)到隔斷通道的目的。隔膜與尾脊不接觸時具有一定節(jié)流作用，行程短對隔膜撓變要求較低，無淤積介質(zhì)的死角  Weir diaphragm valve: there is a ridge shaped ridge in the valve body. The diaphragm contacts the valve disc. The valve rod moves up and down and drives the diaphragm to contact the ridge through the valve disc to block the passage. 直流式隔膜閥：具有直流式截止閥和隔膜閥的特點。閥座與閥瓣密封，閥瓣上端有隔膜作為中法蘭密封和填料密封，又起隔開閥體和閥蓋作用，閥蓋部分不接觸介質(zhì)。具有較高的承載能力和密封性能，流體流量呈線性，流通能力好，流阻小。但是結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜成本高，管道上安裝需要考慮手輪特殊方向的擦做空間 Direct flow diaphragm valve: it has the characteristics of direct flow stop valve and diaphragm valve. The valve seat is sealed with the valve clack, and the upper end of the valve clack is provided with a diaphragm as the middle flange seal and packing seal, which also serves to separate the valve body and the bonnet, and the bonnet part does not contact the medium.
