科里奧利(科氏力)質量流量計原理 Coriolis mass flowmeter principle
科里奧利質量流量計(Coriolis Mass Flowmeter)簡稱科氏力質量流量計,一個彎管道的兩端被固定,在兩個固定點的中間位置給管道施加振動力(按管道的諧振頻率),使其以固定點為軸以其自然頻率u振動,當管道內沒有流體流動時,管道只受外加震動力作用,管道兩個半段振動方向相同,沒有相位差。當有流體流動時受管道內流動的介質質點科氏力Fc的影響,管道的兩個半段按相反的方向發生扭動,產生相位差,這一相位差同質量流量成正比,這就是科氏質量流量計的工作原理.
Coriolis Mass Flowmeter is referred to as Coriolis force mass flowmeter. Both ends of a curved pipe are fixed, and vibration force (based on the resonance frequency of the pipe) is applied to the pipe at the middle of the two fixed points, making it vibrate at its natural frequency u with the fixed point as the axis. When there is no fluid flow in the pipe, the pipe is only subjected to external vibration force, and the vibration directions of the two halves of the pipe are the same, without phase difference. When there is fluid flowing, influenced by the Coriolis force Fc of the medium particles flowing in the pipe, the two halves of the pipe twist in opposite directions, resulting in a phase difference that is proportional to the mass flow rate. This is the working principle of a Coriolis mass flowmeter
