結構形式為液控截止形式，按不同口徑采用橡膠膜片和活塞式連接閥蓋瓣開啟、關閉的形式 The structure is in the form of hydraulic control cut-off, with rubber diaphragm and piston type connection valve cover disc opening and closing according to different diameters

該閥由主閥、針閥、球閥、浮球閥和微型過濾器等組成，如圖所示 The valve consists of a main valve, needle valve, ball valve, float valve, and micro filter, as shown in the figure

工作原理

當管道從閥門的進水端給水時，由于針閥8、球閥12和浮球閥13是常開的，所以通過微型過濾器5、針閥8的水進入閥蓋控制室后，又經球閥12和浮球閥13流進水箱，控制室內不能形成向下壓力，則主閥瓣下面的進口壓力將主閥瓣托起，打開主閥瓣向水箱內大量供水。當水池貨水塔內的水位逐漸升高，浮球升起后將浮球閥13關閉時，閥蓋控制室內的水不能排出，便逐漸增加壓力直到把主閥瓣關閉，此時便起到了自動遙控的作用。當水位下降至一定程度，浮球隨水面下降浮球閥13被打開，控制室內的水流出，壓力下降而把主閥瓣托起，及時向水池或水塔補充儲水。（這是膜片式的工作原理，活塞式相同）

When the pipeline supplies water from the inlet end of the valve, as needle valve 8, ball valve 12, and float valve 13 are normally open, the water passing through micro filter 5 and needle valve 8 enters the valve cover control room and then flows into the water tank through ball valve 12 and float valve 13. If downward pressure cannot be formed in the control room, the inlet pressure below the main valve disc will lift the main valve disc and open the main valve disc to supply a large amount of water to the water tank. When the water level in the cargo water tower of the pool gradually rises, and the float valve 13 is closed after the float valve rises, the water in the valve cover control room cannot be discharged. Therefore, the pressure gradually increases until the main valve disc is closed, which plays an automatic remote control role. When the water level drops to a certain extent, the float valve 13 is opened as the water level drops, causing water in the control room to flow out. The pressure drops and the main valve disc is lifted to replenish water storage to the pool or water tower in a timely manner. (This is the working principle of the diaphragm type, and the piston type is the same)

安裝與調試 Installation and debugging

1、主閥安裝于水池或高位水塔的進水管上，最佳安裝方式是水平安裝在管線上，閥蓋朝上，其他安裝方式也可達到操作功能。浮球閥安裝于水池和水塔內，以便遙控 The main valve is installed on the inlet pipe of the pool or high-level water tower, and the best installation method is to install it horizontally on the pipeline with the valve cover facing upwards. Other installation methods can also achieve operational functions. Floating ball valves are installed in the pool and water tower for remote control

2、安裝前要清除管道內的雜物，沖洗管道。安裝時要注意主閥體外水流標示箭頭，遵循方向安裝 Before installation, thoroughly remove any debris from the pipeline and flush the pipeline thoroughly. When installing, pay attention to the water flow arrow outside the main valve and follow the direction of installation

3、主閥前要裝一只閘閥和一只過濾器，主閥后也需裝一只間閥，以便于維修 A gate valve and a filter should be installed in front of the main valve, and a space valve should also be installed behind the main valve for maintenance purposes

4、試水時要慢慢開啟主閥前的閘閥，慢慢增加壓力，同時注意主閥體外的控制管路是否泄漏 When testing the water, slowly open the gate valve in front of the main valve, slowly increase the pressure, and pay attention to whether the control pipeline outside the main valve is leaking

5、為出廠時包裝方便，浮球閥裝于主閥上 For convenient packaging at the factory, the float valve is installed on the main valve

6、主閥導管進口處的微型過濾器要2~3個月清洗一次 The micro filter at the inlet of the main valve guide should be cleaned every 2-3 months
