緩閉止回閥、逆止閥分兩種型式:隔膜型與活塞型。結構由主閥、單向閥、針閥、球閥和壓力表等組成。由于導閥、針閥和壓力表等是用外接導管與主閥相連接,所以統稱為導管控制系統,如下圖所示

工作原理 working principle
當水泵開始工作時,給水從閥門的進水端進入,通過過濾器5、針閥8、單向閥9 的水進入閥蓋控制室,再經球閥排泄到下游。由于針閥8開度小,(一般打開1/4圈即可),所以控制室內的排泄速度大于入口補水速度,造成控制室內的壓力減少,一直作用在主閥瓣下面的入口壓力將主閥瓣托起,從而打開主閥瓣向下游供水。當管道停止給水時,下游的水開始往回流。由于單向閥的作用,一部份回流的水由球閥進入閥蓋控制室后不能流出,因此控制腔的壓力逐漸增大,閥桿緩慢下移,最后使主閥瓣嚴密關閉,防止了下游的水回流,并起到了緩閉消聲的作用。
When the water pump starts working, the feed water enters from the inlet end of the valve, enters the valve cover control room through filter 5, needle valve 8, and one-way valve 9, and is then discharged downstream through the ball valve. Due to the small opening of needle valve 8 (usually 1/4 turn), the discharge velocity in the control room is greater than the inlet water replenishment velocity, resulting in a decrease in pressure in the control room. The inlet pressure that has been acting below the main valve disc lifts the main valve disc, thereby opening the main valve disc to supply water downstream. When the pipeline stops supplying water, downstream water begins to flow back. Due to the function of the one-way valve, a portion of the returned water cannot flow out after entering the valve cover control room through the ball valve. Therefore, the pressure in the control chamber gradually increases, and the valve stem slowly moves downwards. Finally, the main valve disc is tightly closed, preventing downstream water backflow and playing a role in slow closing and noise reduction.
關閉狀態:當主閥進口端水壓分別進入閥體及控制室,且主閥的外部球閥同時關閉,此時主閥處于關閉狀態。

開啟狀態:當主閥外部的球閥全開后,此時控制室內水壓全部釋放到管路下游,而主閥也呈現為開啟狀態。

浮動調節狀態:調節主閥外部的球閥開度,使進水端流向控制室的水流和控制室流向下游的水流達到平衡,此時主閥處于調節浮動狀態。

安裝與調試 Installation and debugging
安裝
1、主閥最佳安裝方式是水平安裝在管線上,閥蓋朝上,其它安裝方式也可達到使用功能。
2、安裝前要清除道內的雜物,沖洗管道,安裝時要注意主閥體外水流標示箭頭,遵循方向安裝。
3、主閥前需安裝一只閘閥和一只過濾器,主閥后也需裝一只間閥,以便干維修。
4、試水時要慢慢開啟主閥前的間閥,慢慢增加壓力,同時注意閥體外的控制管路是否泄漏。
5、主閥導管進口處的過濾器要求2~3個月清洗一次。
調試
1、檢查安裝是否正確。
2、打開球閥、針閥。注:針閥開啟1/2,球閥全開。
3、開泵達到設定壓力在停泵此時逆止閥關閉。
4、關閉如有很大的水錘,此時需根據實際情況關小球閥使關閉時間延長消除水錘。
5、如開啟過慢,此時可根據實際情況關小針閥,開大球閥。
