進口流量控制閥閥體采用了全通道流線設計,流體阻力小,流量大,在轉動方式上采用了水力操作,即利用管路中的水壓自動操作主閥瓣的上下移動,控制閥口開度,主閥安裝在送配水管路控制流量的管線中。可先設定調正閥門上部向導調節閥及導閥某一固定流量,就可使通過主閥的流量保持不變,即使主閥上游的壓力發生變化,也不會影響。總之該產品是生活給水、消防系統及工業給水系統的理想產品。
The inlet flow control valve body adopts a full channel streamline design, with low fluid resistance and high flow rate. 工作原理 working principle
當主閥進口端水壓分別進入閥體及控制室(參看結構圖),且主閥外部之球閥15同時關閉,此時主閥處于全閉狀態。當主閥外部之球閥15全開后,控制室內水壓全部排出至下游低壓區,此時主閥呈現全開狀態。調節主閥外部之球閥15開度,使水流經過針閥8與球閥15之水流達到平衡,此時主閥處于浮動狀態。

流量控制閥是利用水流通過導管和針閥8進入主閥控制室的壓差,引管至并借助調節導閥13的彈簧控制閥門開度,并且調節主閥上部向導調節閥12使主閥保證設定開度,使管線中的流量不超過某一設定值。即使上游壓力發生變化,也不會影響下游的壓力。(這是膜片式的工作原理,活塞式相同。)
The flow control valve utilizes the pressure difference between the water flow through the conduit and needle valve 8 to enter the main valve control room. The pipe is led to and the valve opening is controlled by the spring of the regulating valve 13. The upper guide regulating valve 12 of the main valve is adjusted to ensure the set opening of the main valve, so that the flow in the pipeline does not exceed a certain set value. Even if the upstream pressure changes, it will not affect the downstream pressure. (This is the working principle of the diaphragm type, and the piston type is the same.)
全關閉狀態:當主閥進口端水壓分別進入閥體及控制室,且主閥的外部球閥同時關閉,此時主閥處于關閉狀態。

全開啟狀態:當主閥外部的球閥全開后,此時控制室內水壓全部釋放到管路下游,而主閥也呈現為開啟狀態。

浮動調節狀態:調節主閥外部的球閥開度,使進水端流向控制室的水流和控制室流向下游的水流達到平衡,此時主閥處于調節浮動狀態。

安裝與調試 Installation and debugging
1、主閥應水平臥式安裝,安裝前要徹底清除管道內的雜物。要注意主閥體外水流標示箭頭,遵循方向安裝。安裝后應確保沒有管路應力作用在閥體及閥內部件上。
2、主閥前要裝一只閘閥和一只過流器,主閥后也要裝一只閘閥,以便于維修。
3、導閥與導管控制系統已于出廠前裝配和調整完畢,如導閥出廠設定值不適合現場要求,可通過擰緊或放松導閥上端螺釘來調節,順時針護動螺釘為增加壓力,逆時針擰動螺釘為減少壓力,調節完后擰緊鎖緊螺母。
4、主閥上部向導調節閥,可通過擰緊或放松調節閥上端調節螺桿來調節,順時針擰動螺桿為減少開度,逆時針擰動螺桿為增加開度。
5、主閥上的微型過流器要定期清洗
6、通水前的須沖洗管路系統。
7、對重要給水管路應安裝旁通閥。
