1.作泄壓閥時:可將水管中超過先導閥安全設定值的壓力釋放,并維持管中壓力于一定安全值以下,以防止管中高壓或突壓毀壞管線設備

工作原理 working principle
泄壓/特壓閥安裝在泄水旁路上,即與主管道并聯安裝。只要上游壓力低于導閥設定值,導閥12關閉,上游壓力作用在主閥的膜片上方,使主閥維持關閉。一旦上游壓力逐漸上升到超過導閥12設定值的壓力,導閥12就會開啟,泄放主閥膜片上方的壓力水,此時主閥開啟,大量泄水降壓至設定值時,才緩慢平穩關閉,不產生二次水錘。適用于消除因流量供大于需而逐漸增大過高壓力,如(消防初期)消火栓系統、自動噴淋系統(水泵出口處)作泄壓閥時,球閥一般為關閉,必要時把球閥打開。作持壓閥時球閥為常閉或用絲堵換下。

安裝與調試 Installation and debugging
1、主閥最佳安裝方式是水平臥式安裝在泄水旁路上,閥蓋朝上,其它安裝方式也可達到操作功能,安裝前徹底清除管道內的雜物,要注意主閥體流向箭頭,遵循方向安裝。安裝后應確保沒有管路應力作用在閥體及閥內部件上。
2、對重要給水管路應安裝旁通閥。排水口最好通向大氣或完全敞開,如出口接管會影響泄水能力;為防止泄水時傷及人員和設備,則出口接管應將泄水引至安全排水的地方
3、主閥前應裝一只閘閥和一只過流器,主閥后可不裝閘閥。
4、球閥接在下水管道上,球閥一般為關閉,必要時把球閥打開,泄放主閥隔膜上方的壓力水,此時主閥閥盤呈現全開狀態,大量向下游泄水,結束后把球閥關閉,恢復泄水降壓。其他球閥全部打開。
5、導閥與導管控制系統已于出廠前裝配和調整完畢,如導閥出廠設定值不適合現場要求,可作如下調正,先松開導閥手輪下的鎖緊螺母,然后順時針擰動導閥手輪為增加壓力,反之為降低壓力,調好后鎖緊螺母。同時要調節針閥開度,使水流經過針閥與導閥的水流達到平衡,此時更佳地泄水降壓。(順時針擰動針閥手輪為減少開度,逆時針為增加開度。)
6、通水前的須沖洗管路系統。
7、外接管路過濾器要求定期清洗
8、重要管路要求安裝旁通閥。
