工作原理 working principle
當水泵開始工作時閥門進水端的水流依次通過微型過濾器5、針閥8、壓力控制室、電磁向導閥12、球閥13排泄到出水端。此時電磁向導閥通電(電磁閥與水泵電機工作同步),處于常開狀態。而由于針閥8閥門開度小,并且入口導管比出口導管直徑小,所以控制室內的排泄速度大于補水速度。因此,控制室內的壓力減少,一直作用在主閥瓣下面的入口壓力將主閥瓣托起,從而打開主閥向下游供水。當需要停止供水時,水泵電機停止工作,電磁向導閥由于斷電處于常閉狀態,由于下游的水開始回流,和閥瓣的自重使截流口迅速關閉90%,剩余10%利用導管把閥后壓力傳到控制室,由于電磁向導閥的作用,上水控的壓力逐漸增大,最終使主閥瓣嚴密關閉,防止了下游的水回流,維護了水泵電機,也起到了緩閉消聲的作用。
When the water pump starts working, the water flow at the inlet end of the valve is sequentially discharged to the outlet end through the micro filter 5, needle valve 8, pressure control room, electromagnetic guide valve 12, and ball valve 13. At this point, the electromagnetic guide valve is energized (the electromagnetic valve and the water pump motor work synchronously) and is in a normally open state. Due to the small opening of needle valve 8 and the smaller diameter of the inlet duct compared to the outlet duct, the discharge speed in the control room is greater than the water replenishment speed. Therefore, the pressure in the control room decreases, and the inlet pressure that has been acting below the main valve disc lifts the main valve disc, thereby opening the main valve to supply water downstream. When the water supply needs to be stopped, the water pump motor stops working, and the electromagnetic guide valve is in a normally closed state due to power outage. Due to the downstream water starting to flow back, and the weight of the valve disc, the cut-off port is quickly closed by 90%. The remaining 10% uses a conduit to transmit the pressure behind the valve to the control room. Due to the function of the electromagnetic guide valve, the pressure of the upper water control gradually increases, ultimately causing the main valve disc to be tightly closed, preventing the downstream water from flowing back, and maintaining the water pump motor, It also plays a role in slow closing and noise reduction.
全關閉狀態:當主閥進口端水壓分別進入閥體及控制室,且主閥的外部球閥同時關閉,此時主閥處于關閉狀態。

浮動調節狀態:調節主閥外部的球閥開度,使進水端流向控制室的水流和控制室流向下游的水流達到平衡,此時主閥處于調節浮動狀態。

安裝與調試 Installation and debugging
1、主閥安裝于水池或高位水塔的進水管上,最佳安裝方式是水平安裝在管線上,閥蓋朝上,其它安裝方式也可達到操作功能。
2、安裝前要清除管道內的雜物,徹底沖洗管道。安裝時注意閥體水流標示箭頭遵循方向安裝。
3、主閥前應裝一只閘閥和一只過流器,主閥后也要裝一只間閥,以便于維修。
4、試水時要慢慢開啟主閥前的閘閥,慢慢增加壓力,同時注意閥體外的控制管路是否漏水。主閥導管進口處的微型過濾器要2-3個月清洗一次
