工作原理 working principle

多功能水泵控制閥安裝在系統管線上或泵出口處，泵開始正常運行中，進口端介質推動大閥瓣上移，同時介質通過導管控制器進入閥蓋中腔，使閥門迅速打開；泵停止運動時，出口端介質通過球閥和導管進入閥蓋上腔，使驅動裝置下移帶動大、小閥瓣向下運動，快速或緩慢關閉閥門，防止介質倒流

During normal operation of the pump, the inlet medium pushes the large valve disc upwards, and at the same time, the medium enters the valve cover cavity through the conduit controller, allowing the valve to quickly open; When the pump stops moving, the medium at the outlet enters the upper chamber of the valve cover through the ball valve and conduit, causing the driving device to move down and drive the large and small valve discs to move downwards. 當水泵啟動后，閥門進水口壓力上升，壓力水一方面推動主閥板開啟，另一方面通過導管系統進入膜片（活塞）下腔，而膜片（活塞）上腔的水通過導管系統泄入壓力低的閥門出水口，而閥門在二合力的作用下緩慢開啟。

當水泵停機后，閥門中的水流速度降低，在接于近零時，主閥板在彈簧力和自身重力作用下快速關閉，而閥后的壓力水通過導管系統返回膜片（活塞）上腔，并推動固定閥桿上的小閥板緩慢關閉。

安裝與調試

安裝

1、多功能水泵控制閥最佳安裝方式為水平安裝（即閥蓋向上）。

2、安裝前要仔細檢查介質流向，避免安裝錯誤。

3、管路應清理干凈閥前安裝過濾器，防止雜質影響產品性能，及損壞產品。

4、環境溫度在0℃以下時，要做好保溫工作。

5、多功能水泵控制閥安裝應留有足夠的空間，在止回閥后要安裝控制閥。

調試

1、將調節桿旋至最高位置，開機后根據需要在進行調節。

2、打開截止閥

3、啟泵觀察閥門進出口壓力是否正常。

4、停泵觀察水錘是否過大，水泵是否倒轉。

5、如水錘過大則適當關小截止閥。

6、如水泵倒轉則適當開大截止閥。
