進口壓差旁通閥、恒定壓差閥為壓差旁通平衡閥,主要應用于空調系統供/回水之間,保證供/回水之間的壓差在一個固定值,提高系統能量的利用率、降低噪音,以及防止過大壓差對系統設備的損壞,其主要組成為主閥和壓差向導閥。
The inlet pressure difference bypass valve and constant pressure difference valve are pressure difference bypass balance valves, mainly used in air conditioning systems between supply and return water to ensure a fixed pressure difference between supply and return water, improve system energy utilization, reduce noise, and prevent damage to system equipment due to excessive pressure difference. They mainly consist of a main valve and a pressure difference guide valve.

壓差旁通閥、恒定壓差閥由主閥、導閥、針閥、球閥和過濾器等組成。由于導閥、針閥和球閥等要用導管與主閥相連接,所以統稱為外接導管控制系統,按不同通徑的需求,可分隔膜式和活塞式,如下圖所示。

工作原理 working principle
進口壓力P1通過導閥和針閥進入主閥的控制室,并建立向下的壓力P3。出口壓力P2通過導閥12控制,導閥12的控制口采用兩個壓力信號,兩個壓力信號采集供水和回水壓力,保證進口壓力P1和出口壓力P2的衡定壓力差,導閥的開度隨兩個信號的變化而變化。
The inlet pressure P1 enters the control chamber of the main valve through the pilot valve and needle valve, and establishes a downward pressure P3. The outlet pressure P2 is controlled by pilot valve 12, which uses two pressure signals to collect the supply and return water pressures, ensuring a constant pressure difference between inlet pressure P1 and outlet pressure P2. The opening of the pilot valve changes with the changes of the two signals.
全關閉狀態:當主閥進口端水壓分別進入閥體及控制室,且主閥的外部球閥同時關閉,此時主閥處于關閉狀態。
Fully closed state: When the water pressure at the inlet end of the main valve enters the valve body and control room respectively, and the external ball valve of the main valve is closed at the same time, the main valve is in a fully closed state
全開啟狀態:當主閥外部的球閥全開后,此時控制室內水壓全部釋放到管路下游,而主閥也呈現為開啟狀態。

浮動調節狀態:調節主閥外部的球閥開度,使進水端流向控制室的水流和控制室流向下游的水流達到平衡,此時主閥處于調節浮動狀態。

安裝與調試 Installation and debugging
安裝
1、裝卸: 壓差旁通閥要求小心裝卸,建議用軟的繩索起吊,以免損壞閥和配管,保護外裝飾,閥門要求小心輕放地面,不能直接墜落地面;
2、檢查:在搬運到目的地后,首先按說明書的內容檢查確認,配管是否正確,連接是否可靠,運輸過程中是否損壞閥門,各種零件是否完整;
3、安裝前要求清理管道中的雜質,檢查相應的法蘭是否與閥門法蘭的壓力等級、公稱通徑一致,以保持管路的暢通;
4、在壓差旁通閥前后,要求安裝兩只閘閥,以檢測和維修使用;
5、壓差旁通閥的感應壓力管路要求直接連接在供水及回水管道上,以準確反映供水回水之間的壓力差,為方便的安裝使用,可在感應管路上安裝球閥;
調試
1、先檢查所有的閘閥、球閥、針閥是否完全打開。
2、觀測供回水之間的壓力,根據壓差值調整壓差導閥,擰開導閥上的頂帽,用活動扳手旋轉頂部螺桿,從上往下看,順時針旋轉時壓差增加,逆時針旋轉時壓差減少,根據所需的壓差值進行旋轉,當壓差達到要求時,擰上頂帽,此時壓差就會保證在設定的壓差值,而不管管道的壓力變化情況。
3、主閥的動作速度可由針閥進行調整,當順時針旋轉時動作減慢,當逆時針旋轉時動作加快,正常情況下,主閥已設定妥當,而不需要進行調整。
