1、當遇到消防用水時,消防泵氣動管中壓力升高時,閥門緊急關閉,切斷生活用水,保證消防用水,當消防結束壓力恢復至生活供水壓力時,閥門處于常開位置。當主閥進口壓力低于導閥設定的壓力時,導閥此時處于開通狀態,主閥上蓋腔內壓力與主閥出口壓力相等,進口與出口存在壓差,水流經閥門進口由出口流出。

2、當消防泵或變頻泵壓力升高,導閥設定壓力時,由主閥進口通向導閥控制管壓力升高,作用在彈簧上的壓力增大,向下壓緊帶動閥芯下移,使導閥關閉,此時主閥進口壓力通過節流閥不斷補充到主閥閥蓋上腔,因閥瓣受到向下的壓力大于向上的密封面總作用力,主閥關閉。進口壓力小于設定壓力該閥一直處于開啟狀態,進口壓力大于設定壓力,該閥處于關閉狀態。

工作原理 working principle
1.導閥膜片下腔連接到主閥進口,可以反饋到進口壓力大小。松開導閥防松螺母,順時針轉動導閥調節螺釘,調節彈簧被壓縮,在彈簧作用力下,導閥芯開啟。主閥膜片上腔內水流出,壓力降低,在主閥膜片上下腔壓力差作用下,主閥開啟。開始供水。

3.停止消防供水后,進口壓力下降。導閥膜片下腔壓力也下降,在導閥彈簧力作用下,導閥芯開啟。主閥膜片上腔內水流出,壓力下降,在主閥膜片上下腔壓力差作用下,主閥重新開啟供水,保證生產或生活用水需求。

全關閉狀態:當主閥進口端水壓分別進入閥體及控制室,且主閥的外部球閥同時關閉,此時主閥處于關閉狀態。

安裝與調試 Installation and debugging
安裝調試時,把閥門調到設定的關閉壓力。然后逐漸降低進口壓力,觀察閥門開啟時的壓力。然后再增加進口壓力,觀察記錄主閥關閉時壓力。反復調試好后,擰緊導閥防松螺母
