限流止回閥主要用于多泵并聯(lián)采用改變臺數(shù)的方式進行流量調(diào)節(jié)的系統(tǒng)中，安裝在水泵的出口，依據(jù)水泵的設計工況揚程，導閥自動檢測并控制水泵的實際工作揚程，以限制水泵的工作流量，限制電機的負載

The flow limiting check valve is mainly used in systems where multiple pumps are connected in parallel and flow is adjusted by changing the number of units. It is installed at the outlet of the water pump, and the guide valve automatically detects and controls the actual working head of the water pump based on the design working head of the water pump, in order to limit the working flow of the water pump and limit the load of the motor

功能和作用：

1.限流功能：安裝于水泵出口，在單泵啟動和非全數(shù)設計工作時，多工作泵起限制流量作用 Flow limiting function: installed at the outlet of the water pump, multiple working pumps have a flow limiting effect during single pump startup and non full design operation

2.泵在較高效率狀態(tài)下工作：防止電動機受水泵低揚程、大流量、低效率時，發(fā)生過載現(xiàn)象 The pump operates at a higher efficiency state: to prevent overloading of the motor due to low head, high flow rate, and low efficiency of the water pump

3.防止超額定電流燒電機現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生，同時起到一定的節(jié)能效果 Prevent the occurrence of over rated current burning the motor, while also achieving certain energy-saving effects

4.止回功能，該閥的止回功能完全等同于微阻緩閉止回閥，且無關閉噪音，零回流。此閥主要用于多泵并聯(lián)使用時安裝與水泵壓出口，起限制水泵工作流量，防止停泵回流作用 Check function, the check function of this valve is completely equivalent to a micro resistance slow closing check valve, and there is no closing noise and zero reflux. This valve is mainly used for installing and connecting to the water pump pressure outlet when multiple pumps are used in parallel, which limits the working flow of the water pump and prevents backflow when the pump is stopped

工作原理 working principle

全關閉狀態(tài)：當主閥進口端水壓分別進入閥體及控制室，且主閥的外部球閥同時關閉，此時主閥處于關閉狀態(tài)。

Fully closed state: When the water pressure at the inlet end of the main valve enters the valve body and control room respectively, and the external ball valve of the main valve is closed at the same time, the main valve is in a fully closed state

全開啟狀態(tài)：當主閥外部的球閥全開后，此時控制室內(nèi)水壓全部釋放到管路下游，而主閥也呈現(xiàn)為開啟狀態(tài)。

Fully open state: When the ball valve outside the main valve is fully open, all the water pressure in the control room is released to the downstream of the pipeline, and the main valve also shows a fully open state

浮動調(diào)節(jié)狀態(tài)：調(diào)節(jié)主閥外部的球閥開度，使進水端流向控制室的水流和控制室流向下游的水流達到平衡，此時主閥處于調(diào)節(jié)浮動狀態(tài)。
