工作原理 working principle
主閥安裝在水池外,浮球導閥安裝在水箱內,當水位降低時,浮球導閥打開,閥蓋的控制室壓力卸掉,則主閥開啟向水池供水:當水位上升時,浮球導閥關閉,閥蓋的控制室壓力增加,則主閥關閉停止向水池供水。

When the water level drops, the floating ball guide valve opens, and the control room pressure of the valve cover is relieved. The main valve opens to supply water to the water tank. 2.隔膜式水力控制閥閥桿兩頭導向的結構,采用中段長節距導向,避免了閥蓋和閥座上的導向孔因加工或安裝不同心,導致閥桿運動受阻、易卡死現象,中段導向套與上閥體整體澆鑄,加工精度得到保證,同時在與閥桿的接觸面間加一銅質襯套,保護閥桿表面不被磨損、擦毛,使閥桿運動自如、平穩、靈活。

4.隔膜式水力控制閥的閥盤采用間隙組合結構,即閥桿和閥盤孔之間有一定的間隙;閥盤用螺釘和擋塊相對固定在閥桿之間并留有1-2毫米間隙,這樣閥盤在垂直于閥桿的平面上有一定的自由度,可以彌補由于加工或裝配誤差造成閥座密封面與閥桿不垂直的缺陷,實現了零泄漏

This allows the valve disc to have a certain degree of freedom in the plane perpendicular to the valve stem, which can compensate for the defect of the valve seat sealing surface not being perpendicular to the valve stem due to machining or assembly errors, achieving zero leakage.

安裝與調試
1、主要安裝于水池或高水位水塔的管道上,最佳安裝方式是水平安裝在管線上,閥蓋朝上,其它安裝方式也可達到操作功能。浮球安裝于水池或水塔內,以便遙控。
2、安裝前要清除管內雜物,沖洗管道。安裝時要注意主閥體外水流標示箭頭,要遵循方向安裝。
3、主閥前要裝一直閘閥和一只過濾器,主閥后也要裝一只閘閥,以便于維修。
4、試水時要慢慢開啟主閥前的閘閥,慢慢增加壓力,同時注意閥體外的控制管路是否漏水。關閉球閥14時,主閥應能關閉,如果主閥不能關閉,檢查主閥密封面,可能夾有贓物,將閥蓋和帶膜片閥桿拆卸,清除贓物即可試水。
5、為出廠時包裝方便,浮球閥裝于主閥上。
6、主閥導管進口處的微型過濾器要2-3個月清洗一次
